REELS TRENDS : SOMETIMES YOU’VE GOTTA TAKE FIVE…
It’s been a minute, but life happens to us, too!
One of the reasons we wanted to talk about easy-to-apply reels trends on our blog every other week, is because we know how much time social media can take up in a busy business owner's life. We know it's not intuitive for everyone, and we know how hard it can be to keep up with all of the things! But it is also such a non-negotiable for small businesses these days, so we want to try to cut through the noise and help make it a bit easier for you to stay on top of it so you can focus on what you actually do! Things got hectic at the agency recently, so we took last week off from getting the trending blog out. But it's all good because this week, we've got some great audio linked below that is SUPER EASY to apply, complete with some quick tips on how to make them work for you and your niche.***Hot tip: Click on the reel image to head over to the inspo! 🎶LOOK GOOD FROM ANY ANGLE 🎶
We are loving this audio for a few different applications, which means it's a total winner for us. We've seen it being used to show off product photos in a slideshow format (great if you have lots of static images, but want to take advantage of Instagram's favouring of video content), but it also works for videos like the one on the right. This audio can be taken literally to show of how good your products look "from any angle", or is take a page from @marissagraceartistry and show how far you have come from where you started!

We love when a timeless piece of music starts trending. The options to apply something like this are truly endless. This jazzy soundbite performed by The Dave Brubeck Quartet adds a touch of class to whatever you want to feature - it works for background to a quick day in the life, OOTD, or vlog; you can pan through some new products, show your product in use, or take your product for a swirl (like one of our clients did - click the image to the left to check it out)
THIS IS IT, EVERYBODY…
This is fast and dirty - and who doesn't love Dan Levy so we obviously love this audio! This is so easy to just quickly grab a shot of your latest product, most recent thrifting find, a new technique or hack you've tried as a maker or creative - really anything! It's only a few seconds, which makes it very user-friendly for the busy business owner who runs their own social media.
THIS ONE HITS DIFFERENT
Whether you are comfortable showing up on camera or not - this audio is a great trend to apply to just about anything in your niche. You can make your own version of the original trend which is highlighting something that hits different, accentuated with hitting the table with a fist to the beat (fair warning before you click that link: the look on this kid's face paired with what he's talking about is not safe for life 🙈). But this audio is great for showing before and afters using photos (click the image on the left for an example).
